Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer free express shipping anywhere within Australia via Australia Post Express from our Sydney warehouse. There are no additional taxes or duties applied after checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are shipped from Melbourne and delivered directly to your door. Delivery usually takes between 1 and 5 business days within Australia. Customers in Victoria may receive their order within 1 to 5 business days, while orders to other states generally arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once your order is placed, we start processing it immediately and prepare your items for shipment from Melbourne. Payment is verified and your items are packed for express delivery. There are no hidden fees or additional charges after checkout.
